In order to make any changes to the reservation, you must contact the property owner/host via messages in your Serbnb user account or through the contact information on the page of the property for which you would like to change the reservation.
Check your inbox and spam first, since they might be there by mistake.
If you have a Serbnb account, you can also find the booking confirmation in the "My Bookings" section of your account, as well as in the "Messages" section.
In general, the privacy policy may be different for each listing on our site.
If your reservation is non-refundable, you cannot cancel it. If your reservation includes free cancellation or is partially refundable, then you can cancel in the "My Reservations" section of your user account.
However, before booking, check the cancellation policy and possible additional costs on the property page, where it is clearly indicated.

After you cancel your reservation, you should receive an email to confirm your cancellation. Check your inbox or spam.
If you have received a cancellation email from Serbnb, your reservation has been canceled and the owner will refund you in part or in full according to the cancellation policy for his/her property.
If you want to request an additional service such as an extra bed or for example transportation to the facility, contact the owner/host before booking or 1-2 days before arrival if you have already made a reservation.
We cannot guarantee, but they may be able to help you with your request.

Food is usually not included in the reservation.
However, if it is, it will be clearly indicated on the page of the object you are interested in.

Providing an extra bed for children or babies depends on the owner/host of the facility.
Normally, if it is possible to get an extra bed for children, this will require additional costs.
However, it is best to contact the owner/host directly 1-2 days before your stay or before booking to find out more.
We can also do this for you if you send us a request.
In case of discrepancy between the description and pictures from the ad with the real condition of the object, you can request the owner (if possible) to make the necessary changes. Of course, this is the case when it comes to small things.
However, if it is impossible to make changes in a short time, you can request the cancellation of the reservation and a refund from the owner/host.

Synchronization of availability calendar with Booking.com and Airbnb platforms is possible.
You need to copy your iCalendar feed from your Booking.com and/or Airbnb account and enter it in the field provided for that when editing the property listing in your user account.
Also, you need to copy the Serbnb iCal feed and import it into your chosen platform in order for the calendars to sync.
Synchronization is done every 3 hours.
